Certified reviews
A certified review on Markleex comes from a company that really is a customer of the one it reviews, and anyone can see who wrote it: the author's space shows a verified website, with its activity and its legal notice. The rating and the words are the customer's own. Markleex certifies who speaks, since when, and on which relationship.
What makes a review certified
- The relationship is public. The reviewed company confirmed that the author is its customer, or Markleex checked it on documents.
- The author holds a verified website. Its space proves, by a link back, a website anyone can visit.
Both are read again every time the review is shown. When the author's link back is taken down, the review stays with its rating, and the badge returns with the link.
What it guarantees
- Every certified review comes from a company that bought from the one it reviews.
- A review appears on a relationship the reviewed company confirmed, or that Markleex checked on documents, which keeps a competitor's words off the page.
- Reviews from real customers appear as they were written, low ratings included.
- The reviewed company answers in its own words, right next to the review.
Once a customer gives a rating, the reviewed company keeps the relationship: the review stays until its author takes it back, or until Markleex upholds a contest.
When the company does not confirm
14 days after you declared the relationship, if the company has not confirmed it, ask Markleex to attest it. Open the relationship from your space and send the documents that show it: an invoice, a contract, your exchanges. The Markleex team reads them and answers in the thread.
When the documents establish the relationship, Markleex attests it. It becomes public on both pages, marked "Relationship attested by Markleex", and your review appears as a certified review.
When a company contests a review
A reviewed company that disputes a review asks the same way, from the relationship, with its documents. Markleex removes a review in two cases:
- the commercial relationship is not established, and the relationship goes with its review;
- the text is unlawful, and the text goes while the rating stays.
Every other review stays, whatever its rating: it is the customer's own.
Who reviews whom
A customer reviews its supplier, and an entity sponsored by another reviews its sponsor. The one who declared the relationship gives the rating: a relationship declared "Customer of" or "Sponsored by" carries it. Certified reviews are reviews between companies, each with a website of its own.
Show your reviews on your website
Your average rating, the number of certified reviews and the latest ones are public, so your own website can show them. This address is public, and a browser reads it as well as a server:
