3. Hosting
The Platform is hosted by Markleex (Sels de Rehy, LLC), at the address above. For any question about hosting: support@markleex.com.
4. Pages published by holders
The pages served at markleex.com/@name are written and
published by the holder of that Markleex Name. Their author is
responsible for them. Markleex operates the Platform: it serves each
page at a stable address, as a web page, as its plain-text twin and as
structured data, and keeps every version dated.
To report a page, write to support@markleex.com with its address and what the page says that you object to. The Terms of Service set out what may be published and what we do about a page that breaks them.
5. Intellectual property
The Markleex name, the mark, the interface and the Platform itself are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Sels de Rehy, LLC. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited.
What a holder publishes remains theirs. A page carries the licence its author declares, and that declaration is served with the page, on every face; where no licence is declared, ordinary copyright applies and the author decides. Third-party names and marks quoted inside the Platform remain those of their owners.
6. Contact
For anything about the Platform or this notice: support@markleex.com. The conditions on which the Platform is used are set out in the Terms of Service; what happens to personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
