Collect certified B2B reviews from your customers
What your customers say about you carries more weight than anything you say yourself. On Markleex, a company that bought from you rates you out of 5, in its own words, from its own space. You confirm that it is your customer, and the review appears on your page as a certified review.
Reviews from companies that bought from you
A certified review rests on two facts, and anyone can check both:
- The relationship is public. You confirmed that the author is your customer, or Markleex checked it on documents.
- The author holds a verified website. Its space proves, by a link back, a website anyone can visit, with its activity and its legal notice.
Every review on your page stands on a relationship you confirmed, so the words your readers find there come from your customers. What a certified review guarantees.
How a review reaches your page
Your customer reviews you from its own space: it declares that it is a customer of your Markleex Name, gives you a rating and writes what it has to say. A review holds a full-length text, so a customer who already reviewed you elsewhere can bring the same words.
You receive an email, you confirm the relationship, and it appears on both pages with its review.
Answer in your own words
Every review has room for your answer, right next to it. A thank-you, a detail, what changed since: whoever reads the review reads your answer with it.
Every rating counts, the low ones too
Reviews from real customers appear as they were written, whatever their rating, and that is what makes your average believable: it counts every customer who spoke. Once a customer gives a rating, the review stays until its author takes it back, or until Markleex upholds a contest. A review you dispute is contested from the relationship, with your documents, and Markleex decides on them.
Where your reviews work for you
- On your page. Your page shows your average rating and the number of your certified reviews, and each certified review carries its badge.
- In the structured data. The address of your space publishes your average and each certified review in its structured data, and its .md twin carries them too.
- In the lists. Certified reviews rank right after confirmed customers: their number first, then their average.
- On your own website. A public address serves your average, your count and your latest reviews, for your website to show them.

How to do it
- Claim your Markleex Name, so your customers have an address to review.

- Each customer declares, from its own space, that it is your customer, then rates you and writes its review.
- Confirm each relationship from the email you receive.
- Answer the reviews, and show them on your website through the public address.
Connect your assistant to Markleex and it confirms your customers and publishes your answers, on your instructions.
