What Simafri is
An SMB runs on technology it never set out to master: a website, invoicing software, hosting, professional email addresses. Simafri takes all of it on and keeps it running, month after month, for a subscription. The engineers have been administering servers and building websites for more than ten years, and customers in 42 countries rely on them for their web infrastructure.
Simafri is an international company, with offices in the United States, the Czech Republic and Madagascar, and it serves businesses wherever they are. Everything is delivered remotely and in the customer's own language, so where a company is based decides nothing about the service it receives.
Simafri is a role rather than a project. Where the owner works alone, Simafri is the technical ally. Where there is already a technician in the company, Simafri is the second line behind them, covering what one person cannot carry alone.
What Simafri builds for a customer belongs to that customer: the website, the domain name and the data.

Serenity Website. We started out building websites, and it remains the heart of what we do. There is nothing left for you to manage: we design your website, host it, secure it and keep it up to date, with a domain name registered in your own name and a Simafri Suite account included. Dedicated offers exist for the press and for nonprofits.

Simafri ERP. Our history with open-source management software goes back a long way: the founder needed proper invoices for the websites he was selling, and years of use, hosting and customisation turned that into an expertise. The software belongs to the customer who runs it.

Our engineers have been administering servers for more than ten years, and Simafri VPS puts that experience behind your own server: Linux servers on Intel Xeon processors, ECC memory and mirrored NVMe SSDs, backed up every night, with Full-Stack Assistance included, for diagnosis and guidance from the operating system down to the application code. And when you would rather hand over the server entirely, our managed VPS are run end to end by Simafri.
Managed cybersecurity. We also protect the business itself from cyberattacks: continuous monitoring, email authentication with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, lookalike domain watch and incident response, plus security audits and IT fleet management.
Being found by AI. Assistants now answer the questions a market used to type into a search engine, so Simafri publishes what it measures on that ground and builds the surfaces that answer.
