- The idea in two sentences. What happens, and to whom.
- The audience and the channels. Who watches or listens, and where.
- References you like. Two or three, with what you like about each.
- The deadline and the formats. The date that matters, and the lengths and ratios it has to fit.
What comes back
A proposal with the scope, look tests and a schedule. Production then runs through the ten steps of The production line, with clear approval points, and delivery hands over masters for every screen, plus the sources when that is agreed.
