HostPapa is a hosting company founded in 2006 by Jamie Opalchuk in Burlington, Ontario, where it keeps its headquarters. In April 2026 it completed its acquisition of Hostwinds, which keeps its own brand.
Its VPS hosting comes in self-managed, managed and fully managed versions. On the managed version, the team sets up and maintains the server; the fully managed version adds a dedicated team of server administrators.
