1. **Brief.** You tell us the story, the audience and the deadline.
2. **Proposal.** Scope, look tests and a schedule you can hold us to.
3. **Production.** Writing, boards, animation, edit and mix, with visible checkpoints.
4. **Delivery.** Masters for every platform, and the sources when agreed.
