Both, and more: Ny Rabe is an animated universe told in several forms, all around the same family. There are animated videos, short gags in pictures, artwork, HD wallpapers, music, and tutorials in drawing and animation. In Malagasy, these are *tantara an-tsary*, stories in pictures.

Every form tells the same world, the Rabe family of Ambalavato, in Antananarivo, so a reader can meet Tsiky in a video, laugh at Datoa in a gag and put Lita on their phone as a wallpaper.

The forms and a few stories are listed on [What are the Ny Rabe stories about?](https://markleex.com/@nyrabe/stories)
