## Its mission

To achieve its vision of a society where women, with their own strengths and differences, participate fully, freely and voluntarily in the sustainable development of their communities and of society, ACTIW has given itself the mission, at the local, national, regional and international levels, to promote all actions aimed at their empowerment: training and capacity building, creation and development of income-generating activities, strengthening of women’s networks and leadership.

## Its vision

A world where all women and men collaborate in solidarity for sustainable development. All women have a potential that can be valued at their own level.

## Its objectives

- Promote the empowerment of women
- Promote and support sustainable development actions through training and capacity building of women
- Promote the creation and development of income-generating activities for women
- Strengthen women’s networks, value their work, strengthen their leadership and negotiation skills
- Promote women as actors of positive social change

The association aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, whose seventeen colors form the wheel of its logo.

| Freedom | Anyone is free to join, resign, benefit or not from its projects. |
| Transparency | Integrity in how it operates and in all its actions. |
